Ordering Information
PLANT SIZE - Prices are for double fans but we try to ship three whenever possible. The size of the fans can vary considerably among cultivars. Tetraploids are generally much bulkier than diploids. Any plants with small fans will be shipped as small clumps.
ORDERING - SHIPPING - GIFT PLANTS - To reserve plants, please send full payment with your order. Plants are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Some varieties are in short supply so PLEASE order early to avoid disappointment. We like to send gift plants, about 10% before shipping costs and taxes, so please jot down some names to help us choose something for you. If you'd rather have more of something you've already ordered, just let us know. If you allow substitutions, a replacement plant will be chosen from your list whenever possible. Substitutes are ALWAYS of a greater dollar value! We guarantee your satisfaction! Prices are for double fans, as noted above, shipped bare-root with excess foliage and roots trimmed. Shipping charges (for the first 5 plants ordered) are $10.00 to Ontario & Quebec and .50 for each additional plant over 5 , for all other provinces, $18 to all other provinces, plus $.50 per plant (over 3 plants ordered.) For orders of 12 plants or more, actual shipping costs will probably be cheaper so please call for details.
We expect to start shipping in late May but that depends entirely on the weather. If you have a preferred shipping date or expect to be away, please let us know. Plants are shipped by XPRESSPOST to ensure that you plants will be delivered promptly. If you are in the area, and would like to pick up your plants, please let us know so we'll make suitably mutual arrangements.
